- True 3D Laser Engraving: A 3D model is generated from your picture, and a laser focused inside the block forms fine points that build the image. Nothing is printed on the surface. The polished outside of the block carries no image layer at all.
- Two Shapes: Pick a rectangular block for a classic keepsake or a heart for a romantic gift. Same K9 crystal, same 3D engraving, two very different moods.
- Premium K9 Optical Crystal: High-clarity, lead-free optical crystal, a premium optical glass, with smooth, polished edges. Its clarity lets the engraving catch ambient light.
- Two Optional LED Stands: An illuminated base lights the crystal from below. Choose the LED Stand (square base) or the Rotating LED Stand (circular base, turns the crystal so the engraving catches light from every angle). Both run on batteries or USB power, light in several colors including white, warm white, blue, red and green, changeable on the stand itself, and fit any crystal shape and size.

There is no fixed megapixel minimum. A well-lit original from a modern phone is normally plenty. Every uploaded photo is reviewed before production. If it needs work we may enhance it, or ask you for an alternative picture. If a photo holds more figures than the block can carry at full depth, it is engraved in 2D rather than 3D, which keeps the faces more readable at that size. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CAME DAMAGED?
Unfortunately, these incidents can happen due to the nature of logistic chains worldwide. However do not worry, we would be happy to send a replacement product according to damage or if you accept we can give you a partial refund.
After you receive a damaged item, send us a message on our website or send us an email on support@pixarts.co. Make sure you have taken photos of the damage and package you receive because these are needed for shipping carrier disputes.
Depending on the damage type, we might need to run an investigation with our carrier and it might take up to 2-3 weeks. We will try our best to provide you with solutions and alternatives in these cases.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
For customized products, unfortunately we do not accept returns since these items are custom made according to your preferences.
For not custom made products, we do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase, but we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 30 days after the purchase. If you like to return your order, shipment costs are non-refundable and return expenses should be covered by the customer.
WHAT IF THE DESIGN I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
We might be out of stock due to the high number of orders or unexpected situations. However, we are going to do our best to stock up. For this type of situations, please send us an email on support@pixarts.co so we can come up with solutions as soon as possible.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course! After you place an order, you have 12 hours to cancel your order if you change your mind.
However if your order passes the 12-hour mark, it is highly likely that your item is being manufactured and therefore it is not possible to cancel your order afterwards.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ADDRESS IS WRONG?
Contact us right away at support@pixarts.co with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do what we can to correct the shipping address on your order.
However, if your order has already shipped, we will get in touch with our carrier and see if it is possible to update the delivery address. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee for this case. Therefore, make sure you enter the correct address.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE AT A TIME?
No, only 1 discount code per order is possible.
