Choose your photo
A sharp, well-lit photo with one clear subject prints best, ideally close to a 5:7 ratio so it fills the finished puzzle without heavy cropping. Upload and confirm your piece count

Add text or a dedication

A finished photo puzzle stores flat and dry, frames like a print, and can be taken apart and rebuilt whenever you like. How you keep it depends on whether it is still in progress or already assembled.

What ages are Giftenova photo puzzles intended for?
All Giftenova personalized puzzle options, including 100 XL, are intended for ages 13 and up. Giftenova does not currently offer a personalized puzzle intended for children age 12 or younger.
How long does production and shipping take?

Can I return a custom photo puzzle?
Because every puzzle is printed from your personal photo, we cannot accept returns on a change of mind. If the puzzle arrives damaged or has a printing fault, message us at support@giftenova.com within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or refund it.
